Terms

These terms apply to booking a Suntori table spot on suntori.fi. The Suntori service is provided by Scene ry (Business ID 1710419-9, c/o UG-Klubi, Humalistonkatu 8 A, 20100 Turku, Finland).

1. Booking and payment

Bookings are made online in advance. Payment is made only on the event day at the Market Square (cash, MobilePay or card). If you do not show up, the spot remains unused.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your booking at any time via the link in your confirmation email. Cancellation is free of charge.

3. Weather cancellation

Suntori reserves the right to cancel the event due to weather, authority guidance or other force majeure. No charges apply for cancelled events.

4. Liability

The vendor is solely responsible for their products, dealings with buyers, and transport of goods. Suntori is not liable for vendors' goods or any damages.

5. Rules

Vendors agree to follow the general rules of the market square and the City of Turku market regulations.

6. Acceptance of bookings and Suntori's right to cancel

Suntori reserves the right not to accept a booking, or to cancel an existing booking, if:

• the planned activity does not fit the nature of a flea-market event;
• the activity requires special permits the booker does not hold, or violates the City of Turku market regulations;
• the same booker repeatedly fails to show up without cancellation;
• the information provided in the booking is incorrect or substantially incomplete.

We will notify the booker by email without delay, and no charge will be applied to any cancelled booking. Suntori has no obligation to offer a replacement spot or date.

The price shown in the booking reflects the price list in force at the time and is not binding until Suntori has accepted the booking. Later changes to the price list do not affect already accepted bookings.
